Every Player Terms of Use

Effective October 24, 2026. Every Player is provided by RUBYNAV INC, trading as Every Studio. Contact hello@everystudio.app. Apple's standard End User License Agreement governs the iOS application licence: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . These terms describe our account and cloud services; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your media and account

Local playback, imports, playlists, captions and compatible device playback can be used without an account. You keep ownership of your media and may import, process, or share only content you have the right to use. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, impersonate someone, attack systems, or submit unlawful content. You grant only the permission needed to process a request you submit. Every Player does not supply a licensed music or lyrics catalogue.

Every ID is the shared Every Studio identity service. Use your existing confirmed email to keep the same identity across connected apps. Account sign-in does not combine unrelated apps' media or buy subscriptions to other products. Keep your sign-in codes private. Cloud accounts are intended for people aged 13 or older, or the higher age required locally; parental consent is required where applicable. Every Player is not marketed as a children's service.

Every Player Pro

Optional auto-renewable plans have US launch targets of $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year. The App Store purchase sheet displays the actual price, billing period, currency, and applicable taxes for your storefront before you confirm. No purchase is available unless the App Store products and cloud service are configured. A plan covers Every Player Pro; it does not promise subscriptions to all Every Studio apps.

Pro includes 100 cloud text/translation requests and 10 audio-transcription minutes per UTC calendar month, subject to service availability. Audio excerpts are limited to five minutes per request and 8 MB. Allowances reset at the start of each UTC calendar month, do not roll over, and apply equally to monthly and annual plans. Submitted AI requests, including user cancellations after processing starts, can consume allowance. Short-term security and concurrency limits also apply. Local playback remains free if you reach a limit or a provider is unavailable.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Restore Purchases reconnects eligible purchases to the Every ID used for purchase. No free trial is promised. Apple's rules and applicable law govern refunds; use reportaproblem.apple.com for an Apple purchase refund request.

AI, captions, and device playback

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Check transcriptions and translations before relying on or sharing them. You choose an available provider, see its privacy link, and separately confirm any audio/text transfer. Provider retention terms apply. Do not submit confidential or sensitive material without the necessary rights and permissions. AI is not professional advice.

Media format, cloud-folder delivery, local network, AirPlay receiver, and device compatibility vary. Imported/generated captions display on-device; compatible receivers use embedded caption tracks. Wi-Fi uploads use unencrypted HTTP and must be used only on a trusted network with the temporary pairing token kept private.

Sign-out, deletion, and support

You can sign out and delete your Every Player cloud account in Settings → Account & Pro. Deletion removes Every Player account data, sessions, diagnostics, and access records, subject to legally required records and infrastructure backups. Your Every ID, other Every Studio apps, and on-device media remain. Deleting an account does not cancel Apple subscription billing. Cancel with Apple if you no longer want renewal. Service changes and legal rights

We may update services and these terms, with notice where required. The effective date identifies this version. We may restrict abusive or unlawful cloud use, explain material restrictions where appropriate, and provide support to challenge an account issue. We do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party services. Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Apple's standard EULA and the law applicable to your location determine applicable licence, warranty, liability, and dispute rights.
